A Short Bio of Mark Poncy

I am posting some information about myself for search engine optimization, etc., so people on the Internet when they search for me can find me.  This is a short biography of me.

Mark P. Poncy, after earning graduate degrees in physiology and neurophysiology, went on to found the medical device firm, the Steridyne Corporation, which he ran for 22 years before entering into (a premature) retirement. An avid student of and contributor to the legal field of intellectual property, Mr. Poncy holds 13 United States and foreign patents, more than a dozen trademarks, and 10 copyrights. He developed the original curriculum, "Understanding and Participating in the Creative Process," which he has taught for accreditation at a local preparatory school.

Mr. Poncy remains active as a creative writer and composer, with two musical plays, three novels, numerous songs (two of which have won Billboard songwriting contests), a humor column, and the publication "Manopause" to his (dis)credit. His CD, "Cross Country Traveler," was nominated for Album of the Year by Country Tracker Magazine in 1995. His latest musical, "Makeover: A Contemporary Fairy Tale," enjoyed two South Florida runs in 2008.
